Journaling

 I am on my own spiritual journey. I had a spiritual awakening which has revolutionized my way of thinking. I also love journaling every morning and every night following my mediation practice. I learned how to journal what I am grateful and how to journal my fears and resentments and it helps me not produce feelings of shame, blame, lust, greed, etc. I also take my dog Tubs on meditative walks everyday and we love it! I recently got Tubs from the ASPCA and i have a great time bonding with him, brushing him, etc. I am going to make him a service dog.
